    The group was established in 1971,its predecessor is Zhejiang Sanyou Textile Equipment Factory.In 1997,it was changed to Zhejiang Sanyou Group with 12 son companies.In 2001,it was upgraded and renamed to Sanyou Holdings Group without regional naming right.
